1. If you could have $100.00 worth of scrapbook paper or assorted embellishments, which would you choose?

I would choose paper especially Cosmo Cricket or Melissa Frances.

2. If you had to choose between only using stamps or rubons, which would you choose?

I would use stamps.

3. If you knew how to do awesome cards and layouts and could only do one for a whole year....which would you do?

Would have to be cards.....yes definitely cards.

4. Would you rather own a scrapbooking store or have your own scrapping room at home....(can't have both..he,he,he.)

Would love to have a scrapbooking room fully stocked like a store.......oh yes, got a room now but could use a lot more stock......and space.

5. And last but not least, what is your CURRENT cardmaking or scrapping style....

My style changes with my mood and the person I'm making a card for......I really can't say..

Fun week in store......I hope.......

This should be an interesting and busy week coming up. My DD, SIL and 3year old DGS have left today to go to the States for a weeks vacation. MY DD has been sitting on the edge for the pass few months as we all have been waiting for test results on some health issues. Her tests have come back looking good so far, but the doctor is going do follow up checks each month for awhile. So we are keeping the three oldest boys 13, 16 and 17 year olds while they go for a little vacation. They really need one. So with working and three teenagers this should prove interesting.....I am just so happy that at least for the time being she is ok.......

Sketch #8

I made this birthday card for my son using sketch #8 from Angelosity's blog sketch challenge. PP is Crate Paper layered with light blue, dark blue and brown. Stamped sentiment. I always find masculin cards hard to do, but was pleased with this.

Sketch #2

I used sketch #2 from Angelosity's challenge to make this Birthday card for my father-in-law.
PP is Crate Paper layered with light blue, dark blue and brown cardstock. Embelishments are Prima's, ribbon from American Traditional Design, acrylic letter brads, brown brad and heart charm from Crafts. I did alter the sketch a little by adding the SU Happy Birthday sentiment. I was rather pleased how this turned out.

On Moralia's Weblog is a Fall Themed sketch for some great blog candy. Here is my take on her sketch. PP by Craft layered on brown card stock. Stamped image Whispers and a computer image. $ store leaves. I cut small circle and used heart buttons for centers. I used my Fiskars punch on the corners of the computer image. I am going to rak this card to someone on Wednesday. TFL

On Cardoholic's Closet blog we are having an October Fellowship Exchange where we are to make a card using Halloween as the theme, using Black & white or Black and orange. I chose to make mine using black and white. I layered white cardstock on black and dabbed black ink using scrunched shrink wrap onto the white cardstock. I used some swirled corners (from a rak someone sent me) and six black brads. Scallop punched circle and and Ghost sticker from Crafts. Really had fun making this one. Will be sending this out Wednesday to someone on the list in that exchange. TFL

Here are two cards I made from goodies that Tamara sent me. PP's are Hopscotch by K&Company and ribbon too. The BB one I sewed arround the edges and used cream brads and an orange brad. The birthday stickers are from Tamara as well. I used the leaf to make it more boyish. The next card I used goodies from Tamara and a sketch from Paper Crafters Anonymous site. LFL.
