This card is one I did for my 4 year old grandson. PP's Deja Views on Blue cardstock. All embellishments are cut with a Cricut. I 3-D'd the balloons and used embroidery floss for the strings. American Traditional Designs brads. This is my first attempt with the Cricut. TFL
